1:1 Sessions · Adults

Understand your own mind, then use it.

A space to explore how your brain shapes the way you think, feel and respond, and discover practical ways to bring about change. Four sessions, each with its own focus; start with the one that sounds most like you.

How it works

From first call to real change.

  1. 01

    A free 20-minute call

We talk about what you'd like to work on and whether sessions are the right fit. Nothing to prepare.

  2. 02

A few questions before we meet

A short form so the session starts where you are: what you want to work on, and anything I should know.

  3. 03

    The session

Usually 60 to 120 minutes, online or in person. You pay for the session, not the clock: we stop when we have what we need.

  4. 04

    Afterwards

A few follow-up questions so you can see what has shifted, and notes on what to practise next.

Good to know

What sessions are, and what they aren't.

A space to explore how your brain shapes the way you think, feel and respond, and discover practical ways to bring about change.

They are not therapy, diagnosis or medical treatment, and they don't replace care from your GP or a mental health professional. If you need urgent help, contact your GP or call NHS 111.
