1:1 Session · Making sense of experience

Closing the Circle

Make sense of what feels unfinished, and find a way forward.

Our experiences can continue to shape our thoughts and emotions long after a situation has passed. Informed by an understanding of how the brain processes experiences and assigns meaning to them, this session offers space to look at what remains unresolved, develop a different perspective, and move towards a greater sense of clarity and closure.
